1.  WELCOME TO OUR INTERNET SITE

By ordering any item from our site you signify your agreement to the following terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time so please check the current terms and conditions before placing any order.

2.  PAYMENT

Payment is required by cheque, direct bank deposit or Pay Pal for purchases made in NewZealand or direct bank deposit using our SWIFT Code Details or Credit Card via Pay Pal for international purchases. Details are emailed to you after your order is received.

3.  DEFECTS AND DAMAGE

You should inspect the goods on delivery and shall within 14 days of delivery notify us of any alleged defect, or damage.  If you  fail to comply with these provisions the goods shall be conclusively presumed to be free from any defect or damage which would be apparent on a reasonable examination of the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.  If required by POSTURE PRODUCTS you will return any damaged goods before a replacement is dispatched.

4.  LIABILITY

The liability of POSTURE PRODUCTS shall be limited to the value of any damaged or defective goods supplied.  POSTURE PRODUCTS shall be under no liability whatever to the buyer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the buyer arising out of a breach by POSTURE PRODUCTS of this agreement.

5.  RESTRICTIONS AND USE OF MATERIALS

No material on this site or purchased from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way.  All copyright and intellectual property rights in the goods sold by POSTURE PRODUCTS shall remain the property of POSTURE PRODUCTS and its Licensors.

6.  GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

New Zealand law will govern any dispute between the parties about this agreement's formation or construction, or the rights or liabilities of the parties to it.

7.  DELIVERY POLICY

All goods are dispatched by Post.
