Sizing

Wrap a tape measure low around your buttocks at the back and across the top of your pubic bone at the front.

Record this centimeter measurement, or the closest measurement to it, in the drop down chart on the order form.

 

Sizing Guide

85cm extra small, 90 / 95cm small

100/105cm medium, 110/115cm large

120cm extra large

The 120cm Smiley Belt will fit a measurement of up to 135cm.

Fitting And Wearing

When you get your Smiley Belt, wrap it around your body and pull the velcro ends forward to take up the stretch and then fold over the velcro ends. Comfort is important - it should not be too tight.

 

Washing

Wash in cold or warm soapy water and drip dry.
